Tuna and chickpea salad

Ingredients

To taste, not counted: juice of ½ lemon; salt, pepper, and dried oregano. They add a few calories at most.

Method

  1. Lower the eggs into boiling water and cook for 6½ minutes. Cool them in cold water, peel, and halve.
  2. Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  3. Whisk the oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano in a large bowl.
  4. Add the tuna, chickpeas, and carrot and toss to coat.
  5. Serve over the spinach with the eggs on top.
