Ingredients

- Smooth peanut butter2 tbsp · 32 g191 cal
- Banana1 medium · 118 g105 cal
- Whole recipe, 1 serving457 cal
To taste, not counted: a pinch of cinnamon, if you like. They add a few calories at most.
Method
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the peanut butter over both slices while the toast is warm.
- Slice the banana, lay it on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
How the calories add up
- The peanut butter is 191 of the 457 calories. Measuring it matters: a heaped tablespoon can weigh far more than a level one.
- Using 1 tablespoon instead of 2 saves about 96 calories.
- Labels differ between breads. If yours lists a different weight per slice, weigh a slice and enter it in the recipe calculator.
