Ingredients

To taste, not counted: a pinch of cinnamon; a few drops of vanilla extract, if you like. They add a few calories at most.

Method

  1. Stir the oats, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a bowl, or divide them between two jars.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir. If it’s thicker than you like, loosen it with a splash of water.
  4. Top with the blueberries, strawberries, and chopped almonds just before eating.
